- Changes need 48 hours' notice, and 1 reschedule per rolling 30 days.
- More than 15 minutes late: the next client has priority, and you may need to wait for an opening.
- Walk-ins are welcome, but Su is usually fully booked, so booking ahead is best.
- Before colour: come with dry hair (no need to shampoo) and avoid white or light clothing. Before a perm: no need to shampoo.
